This is an excellent introduction to pragmatic RESTful API design. My only quibble is with the `PUT` example on page 28, which, since it's just updating selected fields, really should be a PATCH request.

An engaging and thoughtful overview of how to gather people. I appreciate its emphasis on thoughtfulness and intentionality. I'll be using it a lot.

Terrific book. Well-written, not ponderous like so many other works in the “business book” space. A humane, direct examination of the issue of the modern office workplace — no, of modern work. I’m going to give copies as gifts to managers for their birthdays.

Maus and Maus II are a remarkable work. Vladek Spiegelman is a complicated, compelling character — an adroit, determined survivor of the worst of the Holocaust, and a stubborn, maddening survivor in his advanced years. I appreciate the honesty of the work, Art Spiegelman's simultaneous anger with his father and is deep admiration. People are complicated, the species in this story make clear, and we're the better for the stories here.

I devoured all of the Grishaverse books this spring, and thoroughly enjoyed them. Fun stories of harrowing times for flawed but decent people, chock full of sparkling dialog and engaging plot lines. In a few places I felt there could have been more groundwork laid for plot developments; occasionally a solution arrives without much preamble and unspoken or quickly ret-conned narrative. But I didn't care, it was too fun to matter.

Well I see what all the fuss is about. What a book, what a story!

This book wrecked me. So much suffering, and so much beauty.
