This is a useful book, mercifully direct and short for a business book. And I find the eight-stage process for leading organizational change compelling. Highly recommended for leaders who want to increase the chances of success for a major organizational change — or for those who want to understand reasons why changes fail.
Poignant, honest, and mortifying. So much worry and painful insecurity, almost too painful to read. Sometimes funny, and always authentic.
Fun. I thought I would read the first few scenes and then, having enjoyed the joke, return it to the library. I was surprised to find myself reading the whole thing. In part because it was a quick read (Shakespearean style does not daunt me), but also because some of the writing was quite nice. I especially enjoyed the scene between the two storm troopers guarding the Millennium Falcon, just before our heroes called them to come help inside the ship. It's slightly outside the canon, gets us into the heads of just a couple of guys on shift that day (hello “Clerks”!), and with delicious irony to boot.
Very much enjoyed; I would like to see it performed. Maybe the guys who did “Trek in the Park” would be interested?

A delightful retelling of the old myths, with a the centering of a flawed but compassionate goddess. I’ll return to this one over and over.
