Very cute per usual! I’m a little stressed about how they’ll handle this uni situation in the next volume…

The 1920’s vibes, the banter, and the unique characters really made this one for me. Thoroughly enjoyed it!

I wasn’t kept as engaged as I had been by the previous volumes, but that might simply be because I was so busy with other things. Overall, I love this universe, and always have a fun, but sometimes sad, time breeding these.

Did not finish book. Stopped at 32%.
Books like this just aren’t really for me. I really enjoyed the beginning portions because I love the social sciences, so hearing about all the studies and their results was really cool! But the second it switched into a self-help vibe, they lost me. I’ll be donating this to little library so hopefully someone can get some use out of it!

The epilogue was so pointless. Other than that, this wasn’t a super memorable book for me. It definitely wasn’t bad, I just wasn’t super impressed. I’m glad that so many other people liked it though!

Not my favorite volume I’ve read so far, but still very enjoyable.

This wasn’t great, but I was interested enough to continue listening so I could find out exactly what happened.

Absolutely devastating. The amount of times my mouth hung open from shock or I gestured choking someone out because of frustration was too high to count. I read this at an interesting time since I’m currently taking juvenile law and have learned a lot about the rights of children. I wouldn’t suggest this book to everyone, but I will be keeping it in my collection for those who think they can handle the subject matter.

I liked the use of an Alienist and a journalist as the protagonists of the story. It takes the story to a new place where a cop protagonist couldn’t go. I really enjoyed it, the audiobook is a solid narration.
