The audiobook helped with keeping track of each character. But reading the ebook at times was lost with each back story.

Not an original premise. I felt like I was getting a behinds the scene look of COVID. I wish the story took another look at the impact of the virus on culture and the new norm .. without males.

The ending dragged. An okay read.

Although "A sky full of elephants came out in 2024, it was a similar novel"

Didnt enjoy the writting style. Plot was okay. 

I didnt like how there's only 4 characters and the part 1 and 2 was boring

Read in a day. I enjoyed this book. 

The author tried to touch on race and the unfair treatment of POC by law enforcement but it fell flat and flet forced. 

Is it normal for a serial killer to go on a 20 year hiatus?
