I was not a huge fan of this book. It was a good and intriguing concept, but in my opinion the lack of character development and conflict, quite frankly, ruined it. I was able to understand the frustration and pain of being a nobody and never really loved, but I couldn't bring myself to understand how quickly Claire was able to fall in love with a guy who tried to kill her (3 times) and repeatedly told her not to touch him and would flinch away when she did. I found it quite frustrating and silly. I'm not saying all of this book is bad, to be honest the beginning was very engaging and entertaining—but halfway through I think the author just gave up. So all in all, it had a great concept and could've been a good book if things were changed.
