Realm of Shadows and Flame by B.L. Talley

I received an advanced readers copy of this book and so glad that I did. I’m new to fantasy as of this year and she captivated me from the start. The descriptions used and the world building were fantastic and I was completely hooked! Check your trigger warnings and you’ll feel many different emotions throughout the book for sure but I can’t wait to see what’s next!

AMAZING! Wow, I heard that this book was great but I didn’t know it was going to be THIS great! I listened to it on audiobook and I’m so glad I did, it really made it all come together for me! This is for sure one of my favorite reads now! I did NOT see the end coming at all! Loved it!

Creepy but hooked you in!
Whoa! What a great read even though I was beyond scared at points and had to stop reading lol. There were some misspelling throughout but didn’t take away from the story line for me and it didn’t really bother me. Great story line that kept you hooked from the beginning… kind of like how the box hooked onto the families. Super creepy but amazing read, definitely recommend!

The Secrets They Keep (The Secrets Duet, Book 2) by J.S. Mercier

JS Mercier does it again! Her debut novel, the first book in The Secrets Duet was my favorite book I've read honestly and now I can add her second book in the duet to be just as amazing! This dark romance has a lot of yummy spice but not overboard along with a lot of unaliving. She uses humor so you for sure will be laughing as you read on. I love Jen and the whole family they have made over time and I'm so sad for it to be over but was super happy once I read the epilogue. This is a must read and if I could give the series 100 stars I would! Thank me later!
