How did the second book in a series, the one that sounded the least appealing to me, end up being so damn good? Shock awe. It’s giving sound of music governess but far more rake-y than Von Trapp.

Fox is a hot mess and I love him for that! Some of the music references here feel … forced but Tessa really did her best. Needed the escapism and I got it
