Honestly, this book was not great in my opinion. I thought that it was cliche and shallow. It was extremely predictable and unrealistic. I would recommend to someone that want "fairytale Fluff" but other than that, don't waste your time.

Yeah this one left me with a lot more questions than answers. Excited to see the Netflix spin on it

Very sweet book. I had some issues with it but I think those stem from my dislike for romance novels. Just felt and was very predictable.

I really really wanted to love this book.... but to be honest, I just didn't.

For me, this book was extremely overhyped. I got the suggestion of reading it off of a MFM podcast group that I'm a part of on Facebook. All the girls were raving about how it was just perfect and the podcast theme was riveting. I made sure to listen to the audiobook because all of the booktubers said that was the "best way to capture the story".

Now don't get me wrong. It was interesting and there were really important and hard hitting topics that were talked about. However, I never connected with any of the characters, I never fully became immersed and at points I was just plain bored. In conjunction with all that and the horrible perspective hopping the "cast" of the audiobook made it cheesy and almost unbearable to listen to. Horrible accents, poor acting and terrible justice to true crime podcasting made this no good.

Now to be fair, I can see why people love this book. It's in a format that I've never personally seen and it is addressing a almost "new age" news and media source. But when it comes down to the nitty gritty it was poor and cheesy writing at best. So wish that I would have loved this more.
