This is a great book for those early to a diagnosis or wanting to know if they may fall within these perimeters. It’s clear and very direct in it simplifying information for everyone, parents, teens and adults searching for answers to help their children or themselves. I find that some of these ‘techniques’ I’ve learned through yoga and spirituality, so do I support the concept that the therapy discussed in this book is new, I find it’s just been reworded and applied to mental health medical world. With that said, I support the concept of helping anyway possible for those wanting to understand and help themself. It’s the results that matter. This walking you through activities to also help, everyone needs to start somewhere.

Easy to read and reference, the layout is great! Definitely a buy for me, and deep dive on some of what was within the pages. The authors didn’t lack knowledge when compiling the stories that make up this book. It does read like a encyclopedia/dictionary for those who are not into this or for those who are.

A unique read, it wasn’t quite up my alley. But for someone who is into this concept would definitely love this book. The author skips no beats, and articulates everything so well.
