A cute predictable love story that had me smiling quite a few times. This is a great easy, witty, quick and fun read!

Music is the hearts greatest librarian.

I loved how unique this book is with a themed song at the beginning of every chapter. If you are a lover of music, a little angst, self discovery and a roller coaster love story, you will enjoy this book!

Kate Stewart has done it again. She sucked me In with The Ravenhood and now this. There is something about her writing that will take you to another Universe and will make you feel like you are actually experiencing what is happening in the book. Her books make me want to live bigger and love deeper.

I liked this book more then the first one in this series which was a very pleasant surprise. It has my tearing up until the very end. Such a good story! Yes yes yes!

“That’s the point of it, Bryce. Of life. To live, to love, knowing that it might all vanish tomorrow. It makes everything that much more precious.”

It took me a good 300 pages to get into this book. The world building was a lottttt and I almost called it quits. It finally got good, not as complex and ended with a bang! This was not what I was expecting and enjoyed the roller coaster of emotions, surprises and more!

This was my very first military romance and it did not disappoint. Second chance, past and present, POV style reading, I really enjoyed this love story! High tension, slow burn and kept me turning those pages until the very end.

I had a hard time getting into this book and the characters for some reason. It was definitely a new story line for me which I did like, covering relationships in Hollywood (with people not in Hollywood), mental health issues, and the toll fame can play on an individual level and within relationships.

My first Colleen Hoover book and it did not disappoint. This story felt so real and raw. A beautiful come back story where miracles happen through tragedy. I loved the characters, the story line and this entire story of love and forgiveness.

WOAH! Okay I totally thought I had this book figured out. I thought I knew what was going on the whole time and was thrown for a loop SEVERAL TIMES! This is the kind of book that keeps you turning pages! I was so invested and emotionally connected to the main character and everything she was experiencing and had experienced in her past. This book shows how trauma can effect our lives so deeply if not faced. Great suspense and build up. Highly recommend!

I wish we could do half stars! I think I would give this a 3.5! There were some twists in this psychological thriller, but for some reason it wasn’t super shocking to me. I didn’t attach or necessarily enjoy any of the characters which I feel like always plays a part in how much I enjoy the book. The way the author emphasized a few points over and over again, I felt that I kind of made the ending less shocking. Overall It was a good easy read still!
