Read this book under immense bouts of depression. Seeking solace through reading, I came across Things Fall Apart in a relative's collection and borrowed it.
It did not help.
I now only feel more broken knowing Okonkwo is a representation of the souls of millions of black people, "pacified".

5 stars across the board. I was introduced to the series by way of the movie and now I'm hooked. I can't wait to read the next book in the series.
