god i love this series so much, and i’m so happy i finished my reread of it around the time my copy of the ballad of songbirds and snakes arrived.

katniss everdeen & peeta mellark will forever mean the world to me, as will finnick odair, and primrose everdeen, and johanna mason, and haymitch abernathy, and so many of the other characters. suzanne collins really outdid herself.
