What My Bones Know: A Memoir of Healing from Complex Trauma by Stephanie Foo

Starting off the new year with this amazingly vulnerable memoir by Stephanie Foo. If you have access to audiobooks, I highly recommend listening to her narrate her story. I cried, laughed, reflected, and left her story feeling changed in a way only books change me. Highly recommend. This is up there as one of my favorite memoirs along with: Know My Name by Chanel Miller & Crying in H Mart by Michelle Zauner!!
