Listen…normally, I really don’t enjoy a filler book where not much actually takes place. Let’s be honest, this entire book was them just retracing the steps from book 1. But somehow it was SO GOOD, and I can’t wait to devour book 3!

This was exactly as wholesome and cute as I anticipated going into it. I was cheering Viv on the whole time and truly enjoyed the entire quick, lighthearted story. 🥰

There were some great plot twists that I didn’t see coming using information that really made its way back around, and some of the banter was epic. It was incredibly long-winded though and I don’t know if I can stomach 900 more pages after this 600.

The author created a whole new sport for us to obsess over & I fell in love with all the characters for different reasons. I wish we got more answers, but everything is set up for us to discover them in book 2 🔥

If I were bigger into Shakespeare this probably would have been a 5 star read; I see why people love it! It cut too much into existing plays and coded conversations in play-speak for me, and the last page wiped the emotional impact from the epilogue.
