Oh my god how dare he leave us on a cliffhanger

Loved this one through and through!

I must say I was a bit torn before I even started the book because of what I‘ve heard CoHo had done. However, I already had this book for more than a year and it was one of my priorities to read this year - and I‘m glad I did.
I‘m not much of an emotion type of girl, but this book made me feel things. Many things. I didn’t cry, but it was still shocking to me.
Everyone deserves to have an Atlas in their life.

god this was so GOOD! i must say the tension in the beginning between Daisy and Hazel eeked me out a bit, but when they reconciled I was very happy for them! Also - the plot twist at the end holy - I never would have guessed!
Excited for the next murder to be solved!

a stunning, gut wrenching and heartbreaking story of evelyn, her seven husbands and of course celia.
i did not feel much emotion other than subtle shock or second hand embarrassment for whatever the husbands, celia or evelyn did - but the TRUTH - god that what my „dude what the actual fuck“. I was literally too stunned to speak and sat here in my room, staring at my bookshelf in utmost shock about James Grant, may he rest in piece.

3.5 ⭐️

i must say it will never be one of my favorites, but it was a nice book to just sit there for hours and finish it in one or two sittings - at least finishing it on the same day you‘ve started it.
personally i am not a fan of a story being told through letters - this one is no exception - but it gave the story a feeling that was just right for it.
