Malibu Rising by Taylor Jenkins Reid

I have loved everything by Taylor Jenkins Reid, except Daisy Jones and the Six. This did not disappoint! Granted, the second half started to drag and just felt like too many new characters were added and I couldn’t see where it was all going. Then around 80%, it all started to fall into place. It completely redeemed itself and I loved it! I highly recommend it!

The only way for me to rate this one is to do it in parts. The first part grabbed me right away and it had 5⭐️potential. Then at around 40% it got boring and just sort of dragged on and on. Then about 60% it got really good again. But the last 20% or so was just ‘meh’. My suspicions were basically right and I have to say, I’m more than a little disappointed in all the red herrings.
