It wasn’t bad. It held my attention and there were twists that I wasn’t expecting. However, as a Pretty Little Liars fan it felt a little similar at times. Andie and Ali had similar personalities and was of similar ages. But overall it was enjoyable.

It’s definitely not anything juicy or giving all the dirt of the family. But I loved seeing Jill evolve and figure out for herself what she believes. I also loved reading how she gained confidence to stand up for herself. I hope she continues to find her voice and that she heals.

I liked it but didn’t love it. It definitely keeps your attention. One twist did make me gasp. You think it’s going to go one way. But knowing this author you know you’re wrong. And I was wrong, hence the gasp. But it wasn’t super believable for me.
