Did not finish book. Stopped at 56%.

The story line is very disjointed and kind of boring. It's difficult to follow and I'm not interested enough to put in the effort to try to get further in it. Sad because the premise is awesome and I was excited to read this one.

This was the perfect book to kick off spooky season! It was just the right blend of haunting, magical, and whimsical with a great story line, some really endearing characters, and a really great villain. Absolutely loved it.
