What a delightful, chaotic, and sweet read this was! Lance Lansdale has done it again with Kiss Kiss Bang Bang Us, Daddy, giving us a perfectly crafted MMM romance that somehow balances unhinged hilarity with heart-felt moments. I couldn't be happier that the Bens finally got their much-deserved HEA with the sunshine daddy of their dreams, Nate.

This book kicks off with a bang (pun intended) in the first chapter, with Benji asking Nate to wear his… Uhhh… essence? But it feels like disturbing coping mechanisms are an essential part of this series. This sets the tone for a story that's equal parts sweet, spicy, and utterly bonkers. Benji and Bennett's disturbingly codependent best friendship is perfect. Nate's first compliment to the Bens on their anatomy had me giggling, and his guidance through their first awkward time with each other was funny and unexpectedly tender.

Nate is the ultimate sunshine Dad/Daddy. His old-school 90s music tastes flew right over the Bens' heads, but as a fellow Gen Xer, I loved every nostalgic nod.

I love and relate to Nate's later-in-life queer awakening. Figuring out you're demi and queer in your 40s is a trip, and Lansdale handles it with humour and heart. The contrast between Nate counselling a reformed minister who "crossed the rainbow" and being obliviously in the midst of his own self-discovery is just perfection.

Then there's the Bens. Oblivious besties who've been in love all along, I love them so much. Benji's unhinged showdown with Tatum was wild, and Bennett's quiet, steady strength stole my heart. They're messy, broken boys, but Nate is exactly the Daddy they need.

While this isn't the action-packed ride with contract unalivers we got in the first two books of the series, it's the tender and hilarious HEA the Bens deserve. Lansdale strikes the perfect balance of laugh-out-loud absurdity with sweetness and I am absolutely here for it.

Anson & Kennedy meet in a BDSM club, and the story kicks off when Anson overhears Kennedy saying chatting with his friend:
"I really don't get it." Something about the confused voice coming from behind me had me tuning into the slightly too loud conversation. "Why does any top need more than about four inches? My prostate isn't all the way up in my intestines."

And, I was hooked from the first paragraph! It made me laugh so much and set the tone for a fun and heartwarming story.

Kennedy is absolutely adorable - awkward and sweet, and while the book doesn't explicitly say so, I read him as neurodivergent. He's had some rough relationships in the past, which shows through his anxieties, but Anson is the perfect match for him. Anson doesn't just accept Kennedy; he adores everything about him. No matter how much Kennedy worries that people will tire of him, Anson never does.

This book was such a joyful read from start to finish. I couldn't stop smiling and laughing my way through it - it's one of those stories that just makes your day better. I'm still giggling and kicking my feet over this one and know I will be for a while to come.

This book is everything I didn’t know I needed!

Colt and Lucas, the established couple from Top Priority, have been together for eight years, and now they’ve found their happily ever after with their boy, Kit. And let me just say, they are absolutely gorgeous together!

Kit had been through it, no doubt about that, and his journey with Colt and Lucas was nothing short of beautiful. Watching him open up, trust, and find his place in their dynamic was such a joy. These two didn’t just give him a safe space - they gently pushed him outside his comfort zone, helping him grow while still cherishing everything that made him perfectly Kit. It was equal parts heartwarming and tear-jerking, and I loved every second of it.

Cara Dee nails the balance of spice, emotion, and connection. It’s fast-paced but doesn’t skip on the depth, and the dynamic between the three of them is chef’s kiss.

I don’t know what it is about DD/lb stories, but they always hit me right in the feels. There’s something so tender and sweet about them that I can’t help but cry happy tears every time. This one was no exception, and it left me with the biggest smile on my face.

Jackson runs a dog training school. You know, for actual dogs. But when his sister runs some ads for him, he starts getting questions about a very different kind of puppy training. Awkward!

Enter Cooper, an excitable golden retriever in human form, all boundless energy and enthusiasm, and his best mate Sawyer, who’s the ultimate protector with a heart of gold. Then there’s Jackson, who’s suddenly thrust into a new role as a master, trying to figure it all out just for them.

These three are just gorgeous together. Sweet and a little chaotic (thanks mostly to Coop). If you’re into low-angst fluff this one’s a winner!

A wild storm brings Colt and Lucas together, and wow, do sparks fly! Stranded away from home, they end up sharing a hotel for the night, and the chemistry is instant and sizzling.

I absolutely adored these two - their connection was magnetic, and their banter had me grinning from ear to ear.

I couldn’t stop smiling in their epilogues and can you blame me, with moments like this? “I love you, Captain. I never stood a damn chance,” my heart pretty much turned to mush!

Such a short, sweet and satisfying story - I’m so ready for more of these two! Can't wait for them to find their little.

Ben sees how much his frat bro, Aidan, enjoys being used, and decides to give it a go himself. Off he goes to a glory hole, and surprise! It’s none other than Nate, his twin brother, on the other side.

I couldn’t get enough of Nate calling Ben “Kitten”.

Ben is the sweetest thing, and I was glad Nate could finally give him exactly what he needed.

Dad's best friend? Say less.

Mason and Beau were a really sweet couple.

After a couple of disappointing audiobook picks recently, this one was just what I needed. Mason’s journey tugged at my heartstrings - it was sad, sweet, and beautiful to see him grow. I also loved seeing his bratty side come out.

This was my first read from Austin Bates and my first listen to narrator C.S. Harder, and I’m hooked. However, according to Reddit, Austin and Aiden Bates, known as “the mpreg brothers”, are pen names created by their publishing company, with a bunch of ghostwriters behind the scenes. So, I’ll see how I go with the rest of this Second Chance Lovers series.

Jaime and Finn were absolute perfection as fated mates - they really deserved every bit of their HEA, and I loved watching them get there.

Chapter 1: Cue the tears.
Chapter 2: “WTF just happened?” Okay, now I’m hooked.

From there, it’s a whirlwind of emotions. The spice was spicing, let me tell you! And the way Silas casually explains knotting to Finn was stupid funny.

I also adored Finn’s inner wolf voice - it was such a cheeky and entertaining addition that kept me smiling throughout.

One thing I love is when a story balances serious moments with humour, and this one did it perfectly.

I laughed, I cried, I was on the edge of my seat, and I definitely needed a fan at certain moments. This book really packed a punch in all the best ways.
