The Wife Upstairs by Rachel Hawkins

Very twisty and always left me wondering what was the actual story and who was telling the truth. Definitely enjoyed this audiobook!

Audiobook!
Super interesting and enticing listen. Loved all of the characters development and the banter between Vero and Finlay. Definitely enjoyed this one!

The Last Thing He Told Me by Laura Dave

Listened on audiobook. This was okay, but I just felt like it didn't have very much substance to the plot.
The Guest List by Lucy Foley

The ending of this book was phenomenal. There were so many potential suspects of who the murderer could have been- they all had legitimate motives- but the one who did it I wasn't expecting.
Survive the Night by Riley Sager

3.5 stars, rounded up
I enjoyed this book, but it wasn't my personal favorite of Sager's. The twists were good and I didn't see them coming but I felt like when they were revealed it was just like "oh okay here's the twist" without much umph to the reveal.
I also felt like there was soooo much detail on too many things that weren't relevant.
Overall enjoyed this but like I said, definitely not my favorite one

The Butterfly Garden by Dot Hutchison

This book was dark and twisty in a way that I was not expecting and am not sure how to feel about. It was definitely a wild ride, and there was some Wonder character development. But once again, dark and twisty with many many triggers.
Bird Box by Josh Malerman

Listened to this as an audiobook and wow. This was my first audiobook I actually completed! It was a gripping story that definitely kept me enticed. Especially during this time of the COVID pandemic. Definitely recommend this one as an audio! Can't wait to delve into Mallorie!
A Little Hope by Ethan Joella

This book is exactly what I needed to get me out of a reading slump.
The plot isn't super deep and there are numerous characters in which the narrative revolves around. Surprisingly, it isn't too much though. The back and forth of each individual character, the interweaving of each character with each other, the tragedy that happens in everyone's lives but somehow, together, everyone is able to grow.
This book was everything I didn't know I needed to read.

Too Good to Be True by Carola Lovering

3.5-4.
I saw two of the big twists coming from a mile away but I was still invested in the story line and the characters.
