Enjoyed this book, helped me realise more about manifestation. Obviously some of the things in it are entirely exaggerated but it can help someone who is in a dark place feel a little better which is why I gave it 4 stars.

Loved this book. Definitely recommend it. It’s more of a play but it’s so good. Based during ww2 if I remember correctly (been a few years since I read it) . Highly recommend, based on an Italian family living in Scotland. Talks about the discrimination against Italians at that time and how they went through life.

Good book. Read this when I was like 14/15. Decent read I guess, personally wouldn’t read it again but it does tackle subjects such as fat phobia, bullying and harassment.

I’m from Glasgow myself so I know first hand how true the base of the story is, it truly is a divided city and this book perfectly captures how divided it truly is. I highly recommend it, it tackles the problems with race, religion, and the issues with football. I’ve read this so many times.

Honestly enjoyed the book. Great poetry, only reason I didn’t score it higher was because of how sad some of it is.

Honestly enjoyed it, definitely a book made for mid-late teens. Good read overall
