I had the pleasure of reading How to Blog a Book by Nina Amir as part of her virtual book tour hosted by i read books tours. I was given a free copy in exchange for my honest review and I can honestly say this book fully deserves 5 stars. So much information in one book!
Whether you want to know more about blogging a book, blogging, writing a book, or even want some tips for SEO, this book can help. A gold mine of information!
Despite covering a LOT of information, the book was easy to read. I liked the friendly tone in which the author "talked to the reader".
Blogging has a multitude of benefits for writers who want to build authority, gather a community of interested readers, and cultivate a group of communicated fans who will help in book launches and ongoing promotion important or all authors, both self published and traditional.This book contains good blogging tips even if your not planning to blog a book or turn your blog into a book.
It contains excellent questions to ask when plotting your book which could also be useful for finding an agent, publisher and/or marketing in general.
It has useful information about putting together book proposal (including a list of what to include), information about researching your market, how to create your author bio/about page, promotion, setting up a blog, and so much more.
Highly recommend.
