One part of the plot got a huge eyeroll from me but I was fine with pretty much everything else. An interesting read for what it is, a script of a play. I would love to see how they accomplish the magical stuff on stage.

This is actually 3.5 stars. The art is pretty incredible and the tone over the whole thing is deeply unsettling and surreal. Still, it was hard to piece exactly what was going on or who I was following (it's the 70's and everyone has the exact same hair) and I kept waiting for things to really heat up. The fact that they sort of don't heat up is impressive in its own way, but I wasn't as blown away by this as I thought I'd be.

The Brood. Wolverine. Magik. Storm with a mohawk. We're flying high right now.
