My favorite story of the series! Devyn and Gray, have been friends since childhood. There were feelings for more, but just could not get the timing right.

Fast forward five years, and Devyn returns home, defeated with her job loss. Gray sees the opportunity to get his best friend back! I love the tension, banter, and tenacity Gray has to get his girl.

I enjoyed how this series has wrapped up, and looking forward to where we are headed next.

The book is ok, but it did not pull me in like the previous book Wayward did. I never really connected with the characters, and bits and pieces felt out of place or had no explanation as to why decisions were made.

I did like the past and present, the story was interesting, and the vivid descriptions. The historical mystery did hold my interest.

I fell in love with Amelia; she is strong, independent, and spunky! Living on her own, running from her past, until she finds herself stranded in a small town. Her van has broken down. She crosses paths with Weston. While there is an attraction, she cannot put down roots; her past is still chasing her.

They say opposites attract and in this case, yes! As Amelia and Weston develop a friendship, they begin to let down the walls. Decisions – does she continue to run from her past or face it?

The banter is good, the side characters keep the story moving with levity. I would love to live in Smoky Heights, the charm of this small town is perfect!

I loved Bex and Tucker’s second chance. Their story started in High School, as many do in small towns, they find love early. The relationship does not survive him going to college.

A wedding brings both together again years later; will they put the past behind them and get a second chance?

If you read book one, Festive Faking, we get answers to the slap Tucker received and deserved. A lot of emotions with this book, and a journey worth reading.

As we head back to Echo Valley, we get to meet Santi and Kat! I have been reading Sienna Judd for a while and enjoying her growth as an author. I think this is her best book to date, most improved and complex characters.

We meet Santi and Kat when they are young, and then move between past and present for their story. These two have something special, dreams and each other against the world.

The journey to their happiness is interrupted and it takes time for Kat to get back to Echo Valley. She is in trouble and needs the comfort and the security this town brings for her to regroup. Will she be successful, or has she brought danger to her doorstep? Can her heart survive losing Santi a second time? Will she find her voice and the strength to stand on her own, and protect her son?

A great addition to the Wilde Brothers series, we are already on book three!

Oliver Wilde is a devoted single dad. His world is his son, and he has little time for anything else.

Carolina is a successful conference planner with little time for distractions. She has walls around her heart and no time for relationships. Her favorite place for a conference is the Wilde Ski Resort.

As Oliver spots Carolina in his family’s bar, they agree to a night, no strings; neither expects the attraction they have. One night is not enough.

Their story is full of moments, a journey for two souls with heavy baggage from their pasts. A snowstorm traps them, will walls melt? It is a wonderful story only Ms. Coll can deliver with all the small town charm, heartache, and hope!

Where do I start? There are so many things I love about this book! Putting it down was hard, work and sleep did suffer, a little. I was hooked on the story, the characters, the banter. Grant pushed all of Dakota’s buttons, and her feisty made him push harder!

I cannot find the words to describe Grant, I wanted to strongly dislike, love, and everything in between at any given point in the story.

I am loving this series, and I am ready for the next Stockton brother.

The love and support from Jade’s friends warmed my heart. This book filled so many spaces that I know I will be doing a re-read!

I cannot believe this is a debut, well written characters and a story that pulls you in fast. Jade is a sassy one. Hunter is an updated alpha with communication skills and feelings. Swoon! The secondary characters are friends I would love to have. Jade (Tink) and Hunter(Max) take us on a fantastic journey, and I am looking forward to reading more! I really did not want this book to end; I loved the story.

Another fun, quick read.  I love the conflict that Saige has for Bridger.  They have a history; he messed up – BIG.  She does not want to give in to her inner turmoil.  She wants to, but she cannot risk her heart.

They find themselves at Love Beach during Spring Break, and Bridger’s band is playing.

I love a multi author series, and this one is a winner.

We are back in Acton, Colorado at the Three Rivers Trevors Ranch. This is Thea and Logan’s story.

I love a good single dad story, but it is Thea who gets my attention. She came to Acton to start over, and she has done well for herself. Her past is catching up with her, and she needs to protect what she has built. She and her sisters have worked too hard. She asks Logan for a favor.

Logan has a soft spot for our bar owner and is determined to protect her assets and her. But this is all fake, right?

Will the two admit to the simmering like? Will the fake stay fake, and then there is a secret out there as well. I love how their relationship develops.
