Bottle of Lies: The Inside Story of the Generic Drug Boom by

An interesting, if a bit repetitive, exploration of generic drugs manufacturing and the way corporations would do anything to maximise profit.
The stances about FDA and the US throughout made it come across a bit worship-y at times.
I was also hoping I would not see the names of some generic drug company I buy, and then I read about Sandoz. Why do you have to betray me like this.

I was going to write "foxes will be foxes" then corrected myself to ravens, then realized I don't know if the Trojans have an animal mascot. French will be french?

A quick (but not easy) exploration of how language - and communication in general - is both one of our most basic needs and strengths. At first I was scanning the pages, amusing myself trying to find some letters left behind on accident by the author, but at the end I was just trying to understand what the hell they were trying to say. Holy shit, writing it must have been tiring.
The last pages were becoming truly unintelligible for a non-english speaker, but I persisted. Because that's what humans do.

This was horrifying and it still made me laugh wildly at times.

At this point I'd read about Murderbot and ART insulting each other for 500 pages.
