The most disturbing part for me was the coma. Not being able to see, move, or speak, but can hear everything and everyone around you…scary! 
The final twist blew my mind!

I loved this Southern Gothic Horror! 
T. Kingfisher is a phenomenal storyteller! 
She had me laughing out loud! 
She is so good at making the events feel real and the characters so relatable. 
And that ending…Wild!

This found footage horror gave me “House of Leaves” vibes for sure!
It’s strange and unusual in the best way! 
It will definitely take you on a journey! 
However, I do feel like I missed out on the audiobook experience.
