As a result of this book I had a life affirming dream that left my heart feeling full. I write this as my heart still feels full, and I don’t know how long it will last. For context I have depression where my heart very often feels empty. A non-binary protagonist that struggles with purpose and meaning? I once wanted to pursue a monastic lifestyle as well, and I love robots in fiction. I felt very seen by this book.
