This was my first Rina Kent book and I knew it would have darker elements going into it. I will say for any reader wanted to pick up a Rina Kent book, please check the TW’s because I was prepared when reading this one and wasn’t at shocked when it scenes happened or things were mentioned. I feel like the M/M relationship could’ve been executed a lot better, which was my main let down and maybe some of the more triggering content could’ve been done just a tiny bit better? But other than that, I flew through this book and would be open to reading more books by this author in the future.

This was an enchanting read that was imaginative, easy to read and filled with facts that get people interested.

This book was a real page turner for me! I really liked how warm and fuzzy it made me feel, but also had the right amount of spice and storyline for me to get behind. I feel like this would be a good read if you want something for comfort and a break between heavier books.

This was an interesting read! Loved the plot twist!

This was cute!

I enjoyed this one!!

A unique story that blends sci-fi, fantasy and a hint of romance. This had all the elements to make it an amazing read with an ending eager for me to read more. However, this felt like it was lacking the detail I wanted from this. It gives Twilight vibes (like in a 2000s writing style sort of way), which is okay, but it has its place and I don’t think it needed to be placed with this book. This is the perfect YA book for those that would like an easy to read book that is catered to teens.

This was not it, but it had some redeeming parts.

This one was dark, but written really well. I couldn’t stomach the torture and discussion of what happened to the ‘victims’, which is why it lost a star.
