Stillhouse Lake by Rachel Caine

Such a good page-turner. Kept me on edge since the very beginning. It had a steady pace throughout. And the finale sent a chill up my spine. Can't wait for the next one!
Murder on the Orient Express by Agatha Christie

A masterpiece it is, as said. Certainly didn't expect the finale to be like this.

I stumbled across this one by accident and it turned out to be a terrific read. The plot is really well planned. An excellent page turner.
Killman Creek by Rachel Caine

Holy shit! That was one hell of a read. Never read anything this intense so far. All hell breaks loose along with Melvin Royal and things escalated bloody damn fast. I literally devoured the book in 2 days. Can't wait to see what's more in store in the next book in the series.
Into the Water by Paula Hawkins

Best example for 'Do not judge a book by its cover'. Seriously it doesn't deserve all the praise it's getting. And I seriously wonder how it received the best 2017 Goodreads crime/mystery thriller. Character build is a bloody mess. Half the time I was wondering who's who. Bad English as well. No proof reading done properly.
How the hell did Nel's bracelet come to Helen's drawer?
The witch thing is left hanging. wtf?!!
I have read some quite boring books but at least they didn't win the Goodreads choice awards!! If it weren't for 'The Girl on the train', this book wouldn't have seen the light of day.
Extremely disappointed!

Another one of Agatha's marvels. Very good page turner. Truly the queen of mystery!
