5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️DAMN that was a good book!!! Probably the best mystery/thriller novel I have read this year. It did get quite confusing because there are so many different characters and story lines to follow, but wow I loved it. I could not put it down. It even had such a great message to wrap it all up. If you like mysteries, this is a MUST READ!! It’s like a episode of black mirror

Average thriller. I wasn’t super impressed or on the edge of my seat. Interesting twist right at the end, but the majority of the book didn’t keep me intrigued.

I loved this and I think everyone should read it. Super quick read, although I tried to read it slowly and take nuggets each time I read a chapter. 100% will read again because I want to take notes. Brene brown is just so inspiring

*everyone has got something* Truer words have not been spoken. This book is a deep dive into what makes us human. The stories she takes you through are devastating, but the way she portrays how to work through them and see them differently makes the stories beautiful. I love raw stories about people’s human experiences, and if you do too, I definitely would recommend. It did get a bit slow for me towards the last 3/4, but the ending wrapped it up in a great way.

What a good way to finish off my reading year! I LOVED this book. It was basically a cheesy Christmas rom com (ie love actually and the holiday) in a book. I feel like this book is a warm cup of hot chocolate

This was a really interesting concept that really made me think about my mortality in a different way. A world where humans are immortal, and death only comes when you are chosen to be killed for population control. This book has a very fast moving plot and is a quick read if you like dystopian fiction. Overall, I wasn’t overly enthused with it. It was a very average read for me.

This is a story about hope in a place where there is none. I actually really enjoyed this, and I didn’t realize it was a true story until the end. It truly showed the resilience of man and the will power to live.
