The author wrote a poetry collection before this, which makes sense with the style of this book. I would consider this more of a very very long winded poem than a book. This fell flat for me, and was missing depth, but occasionally had an interestingly written line.
I read this book because I bought it, but honestly I wouldn't recommend it. It's boring and often loses track of what it's trying to say, which isn't much of anything. If you're looking for a way better version of this book, I'd recommend 'Priestdaddy' by Patricia Lockwood.
