I devoured this book in 24 hours. From the first page I was Hooked and was crying by page 10. I’ve never read a book where I’ve felt so captivated and in love with the characters from the very first page! I adore love stories that also have beautiful father daughter relationships. I didn’t want this book to end! Loved every second of it

I flew through this book, its incredibly fast paced and I enjoyed it the whole way through...now, is it realistic? Not at all! I caught myself rolling my eyes a few times at the sequence of events. I didn't love who the author chose as the murderer but oh well. So bit unrealistic but still enjoyed it. Also feels like a slight rip off of the Adnan Syed case.

I can’t stop thinking about this book. This is an incredibly dark book and I am hesitant to ever recommend it to anyone but it might be one of my favorite books I’ve read…and I am not sure I even enjoyed it while reading it? If that makes any sense…this book touches on what I would imagine are a lot of mothers fears and struggles. Overall a very good read, that’s really F’ed up and I would proceed with so much caution if you choose to read it - especially if you’re a mom!

This is such a sweet book! I loved the father daughter story line, and the enemies to lovers. Overall such a well done book.

I really enjoyed this book…so much that I finished it in 12 hours. I really enjoyed the concept of a male book club to better understand women. Was it predictable? Absolutely…did I love it anyways? You bet!

Read this book don’t listen. I enjoyed the first few pages of this book but then the voice of Laura came in and I was done. I think this book is probably good if you read it and get to imagine the characters but listening to it ruined it for me. Fast paced beginning, slow middle and end with plenty of eye rolling moments. Just didn’t do it for me the way I had hoped it would. 2 stars solely because I finished it.
