Great introduction to the magical world we all hope exists; I was hooked after the second chapter.

No one could have asked for a better ending for this well-loved series. The extravagance in all of the events that led up to the final chapters captivated me (and I'm sure I'm not the only one who fell under it's spell) and made it a necessity to read each of the 759 pages in two days. I loved it.

There have only been a few books that have made me cry (that I've read so far) and I am proud to include this one on that modest list. There was a beauty in this book I haven't often found in others. The examples of camaraderie, the intensity of pain and sacrifice helped turn this into one of the most amazing stories I have ever known.
