As the final instalment of the Shadowhunters universe I thought this would be incredible but in reality it could have easily been 300 pages shorter. I feel this trilogy had too many main characters compared to other series set in this universe. This trilogy was also more romance heavy than the others which isn’t necessarily a bad thing but isn’t what I have come to expect of this universe.

How do the editors of this book still have a job, and how have there been sequels published. The story was lacking, the characters one dimensional and the language … I cannot work out who this is supposed to be marketed to
