significantly lighter than the first book but much more frustrating (in a good way) can’t exactly empathize with someone who’s brain has been invaded and body corroded by a god that thrives off of rage and vengeance but this ended well despite how hopeless the first few chapters were. rin is so complex, the moral dilemmas at play and her internal struggle was certainly challenging but so many cute interactions and dynamics buffered the tragedy of it all so all is well.  I love nezha he’s so sweet!
