It was a page turner for me, however the changing between timelines (1940s and 1980s) and characters left me a bit muddled at times.
It has definitely inspired me to visit the American Library the next time I’m in Paris!

Did not finish book.
Did not finish book.
I was a little under half way through the book when I decided not to finish it. If my memory is correct, it is only the second book I have ever not pushed myself to finish reading. The book is slow-paced in my opinion. The characters are not engaging. The 'time travel' back and forth is inconsistent and explained poorly.
