I don’t know if it was just my mood reading this book but I wasn’t overly invested sadly. I think it was a fine book and I didn’t hate it but it wasn’t keeping me hooked and turning the pages. I didn’t really feel a connection to the characters in this book. I will say that I did keep going tho and wasn’t bored when I did make myself read lol and I had no idea who the killer was gonna be. Maybe it’s just because I didn’t already feel connected to the book but the murderers and their motives didn’t really feel that believable. Like you’re telling me this father killed an innocent kid because Andie bumped her head on his desk?? Hmmmm. And to kill your own sibling that easily?? What Andie did was horrible but I don’t believe she would kill that easily. Truly can’t decide if I want to keep going in this series or not AHHH.

man oh man I LOVED this book. this was pulling at my heart strings and i felt overwhelmed with cuteness at every point. I even cried multiple times cause it was cute like what. Win and Bo have my heart for life like omg. I really don’t have anything else to say about it but I wish I could hold the feeling I have in my heart right now forever because I LOVED that book

I was pretty dang invested in this book and I really did like it. I was turning pages like crazy and was shocked at every twist. I really could not predict what was happening next. The only thing that dropped the rating on this book for me was the supernatural/possessed storyline it took on. It truly shocked me but it kinda pulled me out of the book and almost made it seem fake and crazy as well as just kinda weird. Also I didn’t really care for the characters really but ya know idk if you’re supposed to in thrillers lol. Did really enjoy this book though the entire way through!

ya know what, i knew this books purpose going in and it did what needed to be done. I did REALLY like Josh and was extremely happy he wasn’t douchey lol. i did fly through it and thoroughly enjoy it!!! nom nom nom i ate that up.

I loved this book SO MUCH! Jacob and Briana reminded me of my lovely fiancé and myself so much 🥹. Weirdly enough I saw myself in both Jacob and Briana tbh and Jacob was a 5 star book boyfriend. The tension was SO SO SO good!!! Wish we could have got a lil more right after they got together but still overall loved them to freaken death.

I don’t even know what to do with myself now that it’s over… like where do i go. this book def kinda felt boring and slow in the beginning but i knew we had to be wrapping things up and couldn’t get too crazy. I really enjoyed the way the book ended and how everything was wrapped up. All my characters got everything they deserved except Gavriel and the thirteen😭. I’m so happy for all the couples that ended together and want spin offs for Manon+Dorian, Lorcan+Elide and Lysandra+Aedion and Evangaline cause i needed more of those couples. anyway chat where do I go now I just died dead

Enjoyed this book more than I thought actually! I’m a stan of Yrene and Chaol but again WE MISSED THEIR WEDDING. Also Nesryn and Sartaq. Nesryn and Chaol needed to stop trying to not hurt eachother and just go after the people they so clearly would rather be with lol. Enjoyed the lore and kinda new world in this book. I definitely feel like we started getting more hints and I really need to finish the next book so I finally understand this dang history!!! Don’t know where I stand on the Khagan children but they’re okay I guess. Kinda boring tho.

bruh that was crazy. I know i keep saying it but I love all these characters most specifically the ones in this book. The Rowan and Aelin-ness wasnt AS good in this book but still love them. I am a big fan lowkey of all three of the other couples in this book tho… LOVE Aedion and Lysandra of course, love Dorian and Manon even tho it’s a very random pairing i REALLY like them, and lowkey love Elide and Lorcan… I am a fan of these really random pairings but they work so well together. I enjoyed all the plots between these characters in this book, none of them really had “the boring” part. I was shook about Nehemiah and how she always knew Celeana was actually Aelin… WAS NOT EXPECTING THAT. Ummmm so yeah the end killed me with Aelin. I was DEVISTATED with her getting whipped that HURT and pls get her back pls. Don’t die Aelin. I loved how she gathered EVERYONE, that was beautiful. Lowkey tho I know this ain’t a romance book but we could have got more from Rowan and Aelin, like I know the wedding was supposed to be a suprise later but WE MISSED IT. And the pregnancy convo that was established but we never actually got the convo.

bro that was AWESOMEEEE. I loved that book so much omg. i was into it the entire time, like the beginning didn’t even feel slow so i loved that. I’m VERY sus over how it ended tho… everything wrapped itself up a little too nicely. like we killed the king who we hated and nobody we loved died or had something really bad happen?!!? hmmm. Like even during the boom we killed Arobynn like Sarah was weirdly nice to us. I love all the characters i cant even. Except Nesryn lowkey… idk what it is about her but she feels sus to me. Lysandra tho I LOVE and was not expecting her to be a shapeshifter. Love Manon too, i’m an absolute stan. Love everyone. Okay what up tho with Kaltain and Elide throwing in a sneaky one line about being somehow ?related? or like they need a third to be some sort of triplet trifecta?! Need to know more about miss Kaltain’s lore (RIP btw). Anyways i’m chillin rn and know imma be absolutely ruined after this next tandem sooooo enjoy your happiness Kaylee.
