Probably one of my new favorite hockey romance books. I loved every page. It was so fun to read it.

Grumpy figure skating girl and the golden retriever hockey player that loves affection. Both characters are so amazing, so lovable, and oh gosh together they are so perfect. I love how sweet/spicy this book is and how good important topics are added in (therapy, eating disorders, communication,…)

Anastasia is so strong, so passionate, and such a good communicator. I LOVE HOW SHE COMMUNICATES!! Usually, in books like this, there are so many unnecessary fights between the couple but this book? yeah doesn’t have that and it just makes me love the book even more.

Nate is just such a perfect boyfriend, so caring, and would do anything to protect Anastasia. Their chemistry is sooo good, their jokes and banter are sooo funny and just make their relationship more natural. AND THE SPICE!!! amazing!! This book made me love hockey romance even more and I can't wait to read more.

I was so excited to read this book, it was sooo nice to read about new characters that we haven’t heard much about in other books. I just want to hug Laiken and Boden. Their story is amazing, their past is so heartbreaking I was not ready for this emotional roller coaster. I think I cried through the whole book, I was crying when it was sad and when it was happy. I don't even know how to explain what I felt during reading this book.

I fell in love with Laiken immediately, she is such a caring and most beautiful person ever and you just admire her, even more, when you learn about her past and the way some people treat her now. It was so painful to see how people treated her and how hard it was for her to go through that every single day.

Boden is always so happy and will do everything to protect and understand Laiken even tho he is going through big and hard things on his own. I love how connected Boden and Laiken are and how they understand each other. And the epilogue is just soooo amazing.

I seriously loved how loved they were by their friends that we met in previous books, how connected all of them really are, and how much they care for each other. This friend group is seriously so amazing.

Catherine just knows how to write small-town romances and how to keep you entertained, I read all of the books in one day because I just couldn't put them down. I can't can’t wait to finally read Shiloh’s story because I know it will break my heart but also put it back together.

At first, I was not 100% sure about this book because of the superhero stuff. I still picked it up because it's Mariana Zapata's book, oh gosh am I happy because it was SOOO GOOD. I love both of them. I love the touches, hugs, and all soft moments. I love how grumpy and protective he was of her. I think this is the first book that i read where the girl is also so concerned and protective of her man. I enjoyed this book. I’m glad TikTok made me read it.

This may be one of my favorite small-town romances with a bit of mystery that I read this year. The story build-up was amazing, not too slow and not too quick. I love how the author gives us not too much but also not too little information about family members that also play a huge role in the books.

Hayes and Everly are such lovable characters. Everly is so strong, so smart and her love for animals makes her even more perfect. I love her past, I love how she overcomes her trauma and how strong she is even after the things she went through in the past.

Hayes is a kinda grumpy but big big softie when it comes to Everly and his sisters. I love how his family is connected and how they work together even though they have issues you can see how much they care for each other and how the family will always come first. I loved Hayes and Ev from the start, from their first meeting even tho it was not the sweetest.

I am so excited to start Falling Embers and the rest of this series.
