So my supervisor at work recommended this book to me and I’m so glad he did. I listened to the audiobook and it reminded me a bit of a podcast. Each chapter was a theme unique to that chapter with stories supporting it. It was good inspiration to care for yourself as a person first and use your job as a means to do that
