One of my favorite romance of the year! The writing was spectacular, the characters were fun and real, with depth and issues. The smutty scenes were wonderful, the romance was fun and sweet, dialogue was witty and immersive.

The book wasn't bad, but it was my least favorite of the series. I loved the first two and their lighthearted good time romance with a sprinkle of issues. This third book felt more like it was about the characters struggle with family and autism and was really bleak for a lot of the book. The romance started to feel like the side plot and the story was much heavier than I'd anticipated.

It was really interesting, it had good pace and even though it had the obvious made-for-children feel, I thought it was good. In terms of diversity, however, it was lacking. All white, straight, cis, and mostly male. I love the fact that all of the kids have adhd and such though, and it is actually what helps them to be good heros because of fighting.
