I felt like it lost its way a little in the middle but if I read the whole thing as a murder mystery everything did tie up well at the end. I enjoyed the different look at time travel; one where you COULD communicate with your past and future selves and where Time Travel was known about.

It just all went by too fast. The reaction to Marian's character by all the guys became ridiculous. There was no real jeopardy.

Should have read the others in the series first because there was a lot of stuff that didn't resonate as I didn't know the characters. Not sure I'll read more as I didn't love the writing style.

Genuinely funny without the forced drama of some other romances.

The writing is good but I found the characters and what they went through a bit much. Hollie and Jake are too good and Larissa/Serena are too bad.
