💌I absolutely loved this romance!

I have never seen gymnastics in a sports romance before. So as an ex-gymnast myself, I totally wanted to read this! And it did not dissapoint.🏅

🎀Avery and Knox have two very different sports, but I liked how those combined, and how they trained together. I liked that Avery stood up for herself when it was necessary, and didn’t let Knox walk over her.

What I liked about Knox is that it wasn’t ‘just a hot guy’ (in some romances the MMC’s personality is just being hot🤭), but he was really loving and caring. Not only towards Avery, but also his brothers. Which is another thing I liked, the brothers! Especially Flynn, he was just so sweet!💗

I liked the bits about the motocross world🏍, which was not hard to understand. I would have loved to see more of the gymnastics, but that just my own passion speaking haha🤭

💌So overall it was a nice and lighthearted romance, with great (side)characters! There is also some spice, but not too much.

Lastly I want to thank @valentine_pr_ and @rebeccajenshak for this ARC copy!

🤠I really loved this book! It is amazing how Karley Brenna combined cowboys in a snowy setting!

🎀The book was fast-paced and easy to read. I liked the characters, and Lennon was such a great MMC! I liked the workplace setting, which gave more tension between the character.💌

There is also some suspense! I liked that a lot about Karley Brenna’s debut novel 'Wasted Memories', so I am happy that it is also in this book! The side characters were also really nice, and just the general vibe was everything!😩

🥰All in all, another great romance, like I expected from @authorkarleybrenna ! I liked that it was fast-paced, easy to read, and the characters! As a cherry on top there was also suspense, which really did it for me! This book is even better then Spur of the moment in my opinion!💗

This is book 2 in the Bell Buckle series. You can read this book as a standalone, but you will get spoilers for book 1.

I received this book as an arc, in exchange for an honest review.

This is a clean YA romantasy, with multi-POV and portal fantasy and Fae!

The story starts with 3 POV’s, which was a bit confusing. But the characters and their stories were easy to understand. What I really liked was the chapter headings, they had little illustrations to show which character you would follow! I liked Callen, he gave me ‘Potions at Professor Snape’ vibes.

I liked the magic sytem, and how the three separate characters and stories were brought together by this mystery of Ricci’s sudden magic. The story really came together, which was really well done! It felt whimsical, and the beginning reminded me of the writing style of Erin Morgenstern (The Night Circus).

What followed was an action-packed hunt, with saving each other, revenge and development in relationships. This was quite fast-paced, and I liked the different settings where the story takes place.

The last 20% of the book wasn’t really my thing. I think the biggest point for me was that it was so much focused on the action, that I didn’t really have time to think about the characters and the story anymore. It was maybe a bit too rushed for me, and I would love to see an epilogue.

Overall, this was a great YA romantasy, with tension, but no spice (which i liked!). I liked the magic system, and how the three POV’s came together was really well done! It was action-packed, but maybe a bit too much action for me at the end. It is a standalone, but it will continue as a series!

Last but not least, I would like to thank Kristin L Hamblin for providing me with this ARC!
