the reviews are so funny to me. thank god this isn’t a romantasy book. they’ve been giving me brain rot and i personally don’t want that anymore. a sci-fi book with a woman lead who is ready for revenge is just what i needed. i’m glad there was barely any romance in this book because i’m tired of booktok books that have shit writing and prioritize the romance and have a bunch of plot holes. i mean those space fights went hard. lots of angst since the book literally starts with her killing her father. that was delicious thanks

Wow I loved this book and it was perfect for October. It had a few of my favorite elements aka dark academia, the sapphics, and a gender fluid character. This novel overall was really well-written and I didn’t want to put it down
