Fun easy read, decent science. There were some parts that were kind of wordy. There's also parts of Laurie's story that scream WRITTEN BY A MAN, but not bad enough that it makes you want to stop reading.

This is such a sweet lighthearted book! It's well balanced, doesn't ignore the dark parts but doesn't dwell on them either. The characters are loveable, it's a wholesome story. It's basically a young adult Charlie and the Chocolate factory. Sweet but nerve wracking.

This might be my top read of 2024. This book has so much but it's so we'll balanced. Heartbreak, trauma, grief, but also laughs, joy and hope. The characters are charming and warm, they bring you right in to their family. If you want a little bit of almost everything, pick this one up!

This book is incredible. It makes you think, feel, laugh. I love how everything gets connected in the end. I couldn't put it down, I'm so excited to discuss it with my book club.

I loved this book. It wasn't what I expected at all but it was incredible.
