Alien romance?!
I wasn't sure what an alien romance was going to be like. It was surprisingly good! I didn't like how the main characters couldn't understand each other for the most of the book. Hence the three stars. It was frustrating, but I loved the romance. I'll probably read the next one.

Unfortunately I ended up DNFing this book. I just couldn't make it through. It's a shame because I love following the author on Instagram, and I find value in the things he says there. This book felt very repetitive and not fully fleshed out. I'm still a fan of Sah, but perhaps his writing isn't for me.
