I gave this 8/10, not because it is particularly written well, which I will get to later. But because it sparked a lot of thoughts for me personally. The sign of a good non-fiction read.
The book does not touch upon anything new or "revolutionary" in terms of attaining self-esteem. But according to an old saying "The best books teach you something you already know", this book did this in excess.

When it comes to the actual book itself, it is absolutely horrible. Lots of grammatical errors, spelling errors, and words repeated for no reason. There is also a chapter in the middle which is almost utterly incomprehensible to read.

But ignoring the flaws of the actual writing itself, the book is a great, if not a completely standard, "A4" book about self-esteem. So if you are able to internalize and mobilize the ideas and tactics spoken of in this book you will most likely attain self-esteem.

It dragged on and on. The first part of the book seemed unnecessarily long and could just have easily been 1/4th of the length. Not a lot of exciting things happened. One upside that I enjoyed about the book was the banter between the three main characters. Other than that it was boring, but not a horrible read, and I don't regret reading it. But it bored me a lot of the time I spent with it.
