I got to the cultural appropriation speech felt a bad vibe and was like why does feel like a average white mans explanation for stealing a culture then i looked more into the author herself and found out more about her and now i have absolutely no desire to finish the book.

This book is proof you can be a messy gay and a good person. In all seriousness though this book was great, I learned a lot and laughed even more. The ending had me crying and laughing in the best way possible but I won’t spoil. Just know you won’t be disappointed
