I got the opportunity to arc read this book.
This book is the first I've read from this author and it won't be the last.
The reason this isn't a 5 star read for me. While I absolutely loved Cora and her men's storyline.
Towards the end, it felt a bit drawn out. That said, it was well written and the story line was intense and the pain Cora goes through is unimaginable in so many ways.
Her father angered me to no avail and Ricardo is just Gross.
I am looking forward to finding out more about London as the end left so many questions for you.

OH MY GOD
First off, look out for chapter 18. That's all you're getting. It's about to hurt your heart.
I got to arc read this for Melissa. And oh my God. It was amazing.
Kasia is everything you can want in a bad ass fmc. She's confident. Stabby and has a smart mouth that she has no problem using.
Our mmc Xerxes, what a determined man with zero hesitation about who he wants. These two together are a match made for anyone who loves fae and bonded mates.
I can not wait for book 2 because I have so many questions about that ending. And I need more

This book immediately hooked my attention. That opening cliff scene is a killer.
While I'm always a sucker for a toxic man. Killian Carson's direct approach to literally everything is exactly why I was obsessed with him. While Glyndon originally annoyed me. She eventually grew on me. Their banter was hilarious at times.

Oh Aero. Hello gorgeous. This book ripped my heart about with the plot. So many emotions reading this. Aero and Brionys relationship is exactly what you'd expect from a dark romance. But the hard hitting topic of religious trauma and the double standards on women is what made this book a 5 star for me. It's dark. It's heart breaking. It's empowering. Id gladly let this book rip my heart out all over again and again. The spice is spicing. The plot is plotting. And aero is a book boyfriend to love. Please read the trigger warnings and enjoy!

The way.....this book HURT. I mean it fucking hurt. Good lord. I need a do over where that isn't the end.
I fell in love with em and alden and Kade. I really did. The trio absolutely lives rent free in my head. I won't deny it. They all are complex and emotionally driven in a way that is far too relatable for comfort at times. Though they aren't why I'm rating this a 5 stars. Not even close.
Jaden Enger. I was on a hate train originally for this morally messed up man in book 1. Book 2 made me question so many things.
This book...is aptly named. Blurred lines. I'm routing for Jaden every time no questions. A man that I feel is misunderstood is so many ways and battles way too many demons. Madilyn did a fantastic job of blurring those lines and tossing any previous notions about this character right out of the window. I however want justice for that man. I really do.

"If I give you my pain, angel, you need to give me yours."

Oh my heart !
These two men are just.....wow. Both of their backstories are so incredibly heart-wrenching that it hurts. I wanted to cry. I wanted to scream. I wanted to give them hugs. This is my first book from this author and my god did she ever do an incredible job with this.
There is a trigger/content warning page but this book is far from dark in my usual reader ways. It's angsty. It's pain. It's real. You will want to scream at these two to just be together. Brodys inner battle with accepting who he is broke me.
As always. I always want more and I hope to see more of these two.

This book was my first book by this author.
I did struggle to get into this a little bit but it started to pick up for me towards the middle.
I had the opportunity to arc read this book. I am definitely interested to see where this series takes me.
I absolutely adored tempest. What a head strong FMC. She did take a bit to grow on me. But you end up loving her. She's got a stick to the man attitude that honestly I relate too so hard.
