This is the book that got me back into reading and where I realized this was “my genre”. I loved it.

This was my first Freida McFadden book, and I didn't love it. It was OK, I liked it, but didn't love it. I had a lot of unanswered questions, didn't really like the ending, and just was kind of bland to me.

I enjoyed this book a lot! If you liked Squid Games, you'll like it. I was a little disappointed in the ending, was a little anticlimactic to me. It was OK, but expected a more exciting ending.

My new favorite book, I couldn't put it down. It was recommended to me at Christian women's retreat. Thank you for your story and testimony, Esther. I see you have some negative reviews, but most are positive. You telling your story has helped countless others, including myself. You've really revived my love for Christ and I loved the entire story; it kept my attention the entire time. God bless you & your family.

I had to read this book in my college class "Women and Globalization" and I ended up loving it. It's a great read for all to really appreciate how good we have it and how people live in other countries, unfortunately.

As a Michigander, I loved this book. I liked all the Michigan references and the ending was completely unexpected to me. I really enjoyed this book and am glad I read it. I'll be reading Midnight in Delta County next.

I liked it, I didn't love it. It had a lot of valuable information, I'm glad I read it, and I did take some valuable information from it. However, I just felt like a lot of it was redundant and somewhat disorganized. I didn't love the writing style.
