It's Kind of a Funny Story by Ned Vizzini

I absolutely adored this book. The main character Craig Gilner (and other surrounding roles) are shockingly realistic, and overall relatable. The story, that follows Craig's journey into a psych hospital and what it takes to get out, had me hooked. I didn't want it to end.
